We do see emergencies for established clients only. This means we are always available by phone to our valued clients.
We find a lot of problems are handled by the client simply talking to a tech or the doctor.

If an emergency requires the pet be seen, we will see it on an emergency basis providing it is not so severe that it needs around the clock care (an example of this is a snake bite). So, if its a laceration a vomiting dog or something like that, we can see it.
